Might be the slowest BK in Lansing. Only three cars ahead of me but it takes over 20 mins to get an order. Workers display constant look of confusion. Ridiculous.
Food's usually good but they never remember the sauce packets. Doesn't matter if I order through the mobile app or through the line, the sauce is never in the bag. It's not that complicated.

I originally had a bad experience at another Burger King location, where they were not only a bit unnecessarily snappy, got my order wrong by giving me spicy when I was kindly and gently adamant about wanting the classic, but they also served me raw chicken. When I called that store to resolve it, the staff was unhelpful, there was a lot of confusing noises on the line, and they were dismissive, much like they had been when I placed my order.
