25 Best Chicken Wings in Lansing

“I have ordered delivery from this location before using uber eats and honestly I was quite impressed with the quality of food given there are so many wing restaurant chains. But the loaded fries is like next level in my personal opinion. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars is because of my food experience yesterday through Uber eats. I can’t really comment on the actually customer service aspect cause I’ve never been inside of a wingsnob before. I’m sure the customer service is lovely. Yesterday I ordered the flamin hot loaded fries through uber eats which I had ordered before and they use actually flamin hot Cheetos. It is absolutely delicious if you’re on the fence but yesterday I received my order in a smaller bag which didn’t leave much room for the box of fries cause you get a pretty big portion and that cause my fries to get all mushed in side of the box cause the bag just wasn’t big enough. Also they used flamin hot popcorn instead of Cheetos this time which I honestly don’t mind the popcorn it just does not go well on this specific dish cause popcorn just gets mushy and the kernels are uncomfortable to eat with the chicken and fries cause they get stuck in your throat and you know it just doesn’t mix well. Plus the chicken was not the best this time either it felt overcooked and tough. Now I understand they may have ran out of Cheetos which is fine. I would just have preferred maybe a choice if that’s the case you know? But also uber eats isn’t exactly easy to work with sometimes so I get it. But just ask the uber eats driver if the person ordered would prefer something different instead of just using whatever you think might go over well. This isn’t a make or break thing I just wanted to share my experience and give some insight. I would still recommend people to go here instead of wingstop tbh.“

Split a white bass and a catfish dinner which had generous portions and came out hot and tasty; not oily at all. Didn't get a chance to try the chicken but plan on coming back; and had we had room for dessert or extra sides there was a huge selection of traditional cake, cheesecake and puddings as well as every side you could want (and even some I wasn't expecting like falafel)“

“I reached out to Saddleback BBQ and Slice Pizza for catering for a large company event and they knocked it out of the park every step of the way! Brynn made sure we kept in touch throughout the planning process and modified our event order when needed. The day of the event, she arrived early with a crew of awesome helpers who showed awesome customer service the entire time! The food was absolutely delicious, fresh BBQ and all the sides - the mac and cheese was a huge hit! The Slice team brought out their mobile pizza oven and made fresh pies and breadsticks through the very end so everyone was able to get a hot meal. Dozens of people let me know how amazing the food was and we can’t recommend them enough!!“

“Boneless wings are getting smaller and using less sauce with each time we order.
First time eating inside at the West Lansing location. Paul is an awesome server! Location can be quite loud inside if restaurant is full. Parking is not the best at this location and they need outdoor seating with a separate bar.“

“I suggested my mother order wings for the holiday from here. we have been coming here for 5 years, and have referred many. their website prices does not match in store pricing,, nor their menus.. she ordered a 100 wing dings, website 54.99, in store 79.99. She even called beforehand and confirmed price. when she arrived she was given a different price. So bad customer service and false advertisement. Me & my family won't be returning. I also will be notifying all the people I referred plus letting my co workers at the airport know of this. we will just go to or other spot..he was also rude and disrespectful. buyers beware! I also will be posting a review on any platform they host, ridiculous. you don't get to disrespect your customers and think people will return.“

“We went through drive through. We ordered the shrimp tackle box with red beans and rice. I swear everything was freshly made, the cashier at the window was friendly and gave everything we needed in the bag for an effective pull into a park quick lunch. It was great to go through drive-thru and get everything we asked for in the bag, including things we forgot to ask for.
Today has been very busy and stressful and it was nice to have someone doing their job completely and also going the extra mile. I appreciate great customer service and we sure got this today. Thank you Andrew.“

“I had honestly avoided this KFC after reading the bad reviews, but- I’m so happy to say I chose to go anyways today and the experience I had was amazing!! My preferred KFC is the one on Cedar because it’s closer, but I think I’ll be switching over to this one now. The customer service was prompt and kind (my receipt says the cashier was Ayden) and the food was hot, juicy and delicious. Nothing bad about the experience at all! And the wait time was incredibly short. I highly, highly recommend this KFC, please don’t let the bad reviews stop you from coming here and having a great experience!“

“First time going here it was dead empty so I decided to give it a try. My first experience was fantastic the food was delicious and the shake was superb. The wait is a little long but it's worth it for fresh food. Tried it again a week later while it was once again dead and got the same result.
