Refusal to give missing items from order
waited 40 mins in the drive thru for our food, for them to forget a burger and a kids meal. the shakes were melted by the time we got our food.

Culver's offers an excellent dining experience with fresh and reasonably priced food, generous portions, and good condiments. The restaurant provides a clean and quiet atmosphere, friendly staff, and quick service. Their menu highlights include the delicious fish dinner, available in 2-piece and 3-piece options, and the double Mushroom Swiss Burger, which is even better with sautéed onions and mayo. The Butter Burger was so delicious! Ali was the manager on duty and was very apologetic and made it right immediately.
