I love coming to this location on a Friday to celebrate the end of the work week. Jeffrey is so incredibly kind and such a wonderful smiling face first thing in the morning. Even helped me this morning realize I wasn’t scanning for points like I thought I was!! You don’t see a lot of attentive people like that when it comes to the breakfast rush so I really appreciated it. Thank you Jeffrey!

I went through the drive thru to order a matcha and some loaded harsh browns and I got my items and my matcha was made with a shot of espresso and they forgot the cold foam on top ☹ .After tasting my drink I went inside to ask them to remake it and I had to wait a few minutes because nobody was helping me even though there was a couple employees just standing around and one of the employees who name was Jeff If i remember correctly he went out his way to help me and...

great employees all were super duper sweet. super slow, but thats because there was a free coffee coupon that they were not prepared for. as a store manager, it is AWFUL how unprepared these poor employees were set up. this management needs to do better. i hope those sweet girls on shift can find better jobs.
