I have waited 20+ minutes in this drive thru on MULTIPLE occasions. There is no reason it should take that long, I have 4+ years of working in a drive thru (at Panera and we never even took that long). The food is never good quality and half of the time they get my drink order wrong. Bagels are always burnt, or cut incorrectly. It is always a disappointing trip at this location.
I love coming to this location on a Friday to celebrate the end of the work week. Jeffrey is so incredibly kind and such a wonderful smiling face first thing in the morning. Even helped me this morning realize I wasn’t scanning for points like I thought I was!! You don’t see a lot of attentive people like that when it comes to the breakfast rush so I really appreciated it. Thank you Jeffrey!
I went through the drive thru to order a matcha and some loaded harsh browns and I got my items and my matcha was made with a shot of espresso and they forgot the cold foam on top ☹ .After tasting my drink I went inside to ask them to remake it and I had to wait a few minutes because nobody was helping me even though there was a couple employees just standing around and one of the employees who name was Jeff If i remember correctly he went out his way to help me and personally...read full review
