This is one of the best restaurants in Lansing, and it is located in a gas station.

The Cuban sandwich is the best I’ve ever had, and the rice and beans keep me coming back. Generous portion, cooked perfectly every time. I’m a huge food snob, so it takes a genuinely remarkable restaurant for me to really love it. Jose’s is exactly that.

So good! Stopped in while traveling from Chicago because of the reviews and it didn’t disappoint. The Cuban sandwich is a must. Lots of pork and ham, the bread was super fresh. We also got cheesecake as a combo meal, it was delicious. Excellent sandwich place.

Located in a gas station, so takeout only pretty much. The food was soooo good. I had the Cuban with beans and a salad. My husband had the Caribbean Chicken. Some of the best beans I've ever had. Jose was super nice. The prices are fantastic. Highly recommend!
