We thoroughly enjoyed the delicious food that tasted and presented authentically Mexican. As non-drinkers, we were thrilled when our server, Brianna, made us the most delicious virgin pina colada and virgin strawberry margarita that transported us right to the beach. The restaurant was remarkably clean and the decor was soothing, not gaudy like some other Mexican restaurants we've been to. The live music was great and we can't wait to go back!
Pablo's is your best bet for Mexican cuisine in Lansing. I love the tacos and tamales on offer here. Though I am no longer local, this is one spot I always look forward to visiting when I take trips into Lansing now. I also try to make sure any friends I know still in the area, know of this restaurant and its top-rate food.
After moving from south Florida, it's been rough finding Mexican food in Michigan. This place is legit, don't pass it up. Only thing lacking is their salsa (watery, no spice)
