Best food I've had in the greater Lansing area. Period. Highly recommend the Pollo Saltado & Lomo Saltado. Ingredients were fresh, seasoned to perfection, prepared & served with precision, passion, and care. I am an omnivore -my only restriction being no lactose- and had a host of options to choose from, although there are many vegetarian options on the menu as well. There aren’t many Peruvians or Peruvian restaurants in Michigan so this one is the best. It’s not cheap because of the quality of ingredientes and the complexity of the preparation.

Get there; try their food! The ceviche was delicious and worth the 45 minute drive. Will definitely look for their food truck location(s) this summer as well.
