Took the family for a night out movie & dinner. Texas roadhouse didn't disappoint. Steak was cooked to perfection . Rolls were delicious as usual and service was great. A bit loud but we were in prime time. Overall a great time.
Due to a kitchen error, the ordered food was missed. They offered a sincere apology, took immediate steps to serve the meal, and provided a partial discount. Although the wait was a bit long, the food was delicious, and I enjoyed the meal. Overall, the food is tasty, the servers are friendly, and the atmosphere is lively.
I will come back just for Charlotte! Her service to not only my table but other tables created a warm welcoming enjoyable environment! We need more servers like her ! And the strawberry lemonade was amazing ! :) thank you again !
