I went though the drive thru today and when I got to the window I was told that the credit card reader wasn’t working. I said that you should have a sign out there saying it doesn’t work the lady said to me I said that to you when you ordered. That is funny, because a male took my order. I told her I would take my coffee for free. She then went to get her manager and he said that he can take my credit card at a different register. I ordered a large iced coffee with no ice and because I ordered it with no ice they don't fill it all the way. they only fill it to the top ice line on the cup. When asked about it you are told that because you ordered it without ice they only fill it that full, it's there policy.
