Nasty service, ordered & payed for online. As I waited for my order I got thirsty so ordered pop and payed cash ($3.17 gave her $4). Just went through the drive through in Lapeer and ordered chicken strips with fries and Mountain Dew. Received mashed potatoes instead, that the grandson won’t eat. Tried calling but they don’t answer.?

The food is the standard KFC. The front counter was not so friendly. The woman snapped multiple times at an older woman, saying sorry I have a headache. Sorry if you did that do my grandma you'd have a tooth ache to go with it.
