“Umai cafe is the perfect spot for lunch after a winter hike. The cafe is clean & cozy and the staff were very kind. The food was good and the chocolate avocado smoothie was decadent. The miso soup and potato salad taste fresh.The cafe has a projector to play video clips and gentle music to create a pleasant atmosphere. The cafe is tucked into the corner of a strip mall, and is situated next to a fitness studio that unfortunately has no soundproofing so for a portion of our visit the loud noise had a negative impact on the experience.I look forward to visiting again and love that there is a local spot for avocado smoothies and fresh onigiri.“

“I'm so excited to have discovered Quickly! I ordered a Tiger Milk Tea, and it was excellent. Being lactose intolerant, I normally never can have milk tea, but Quickly is coconut based! The menu was extensive, and I will be returning!! Very clean inside, would be a good place to work or study, & service was fast. I wish Quickly would open in North Rochester Hills!!“
“Outstanding chicken sandwich and excellent customer service. I forgot my lunch, saw Heavenly Chicken and Waffles near my office, and decided to give them a try. So glad I did. The guys were super friendly, helpful, and even walked the food to my car when it was ready. The chicken sandwich was fantastic--made to order; juicy and crunchy; well-seasoned; and on a brioche bun with fresh accompaniments (pickles, mayo, Bermuda onion, baby spinach). Another nice surprise-- it also came with a bottle of water and fries. Fried were great--hot, crisp, with just enough seasoning. Great presentation in the to-go box and traveled well the five minutes back to the office. Will definitely be looking for Heavenly Chicken and Waffles again to try their spicy chicken sandwich next!“
