Came home for Easter this year from MN and love a carrot cake for our Easter meal. I called around everywhere thinking it wouldn't be hard to find, no luck. Called Erin at Copper Country Sweets the Fri before and she said she could have it done by Sat! It was delicious! Frosting was a perfect sweetness!

Guests raved about the wedding cake and cupcakes, questioning if the cake was gluten free. Customers from the Ann Arbor area say there is no place in the entire county that bakes such deliciousness.
