“Wow. That’s the word that comes to mind when I think of my recent experience at Burger King on Pittsfield Road. On the way home from shopping at Stop & Shop in Lenox, my son asked for food from Burger King. I can’t remember the last time I have been there. I almost said no but I am so thankful I did not. It’s a hard one to explain, since I have been to so many fast food drive-throughs in my life. Tonight was so very different. The first person I interacted with had a sense of humor (Surprising, especially since the drive-through line was so long.) But the best part was a female in the background (helping with orders) echoing his humor. I don’t remember the exact words exchanged, but as I was waiting, felt like I was being treated to a comedy show. The two of them sounded like they were having so much fun! When I arrived at the window to pick up my order they handed it to me with a smile. I’m writing this because, in today’s world, what I experienced tonight is rare. I am quite sure these employees do not make a living wage. And yet, they show up at Burger King WITH a sense of humor! Thank you to all of you who show up with a smile. ✨”

“Went there a few days ago with someone at midnight and there were only two girls working, but they had our food out in record timing (we ordered a lot) and they were super sweet! 10/10”

The patrons tonight included a young man, maybe mid-20’s who stood up to thank a veteran for his service as he was leaving his dining table by himself. All around a great dining experience and the coffee is bomb!”

“Food is excellent. Cooked to perfection. Vegetables are fresh and served Al Dente. Soups and chili always made in house. Great staff. Servers are on top of it. Polite, friendly, and efficient. Bar staff, well, youl have to stop in for a drink. They are excellent. A++++”

“Best cake I’ve ever had!! It was our first time here, won’t be the last. We could of bought the entire store, but settled on the carrot cake, cheese cake, French silk cake, chocolate chip cookies and last but not least... the cannoli cake. Omg they were all amazing! Lovely workers too! My fiancé accidentally handed Jordyn 2 hundred dollar bills by accident and she quickly handed it back. Great people and amazing baked goods!”

“We love the Pickled Goat! They have great food, everything we have tried has been delish! Service is friendly and fast! They were great when I had to change my reservation multiple times. The atmosphere is adult but yet kid friendly. This is my go to place to bring coworkers or date night. If you haven’t been yet you must check it out!!”
