“I have been going to this location for more than ten years. I order my favorite drink which is a Moca Frappe. The Frappe machine has been broken for more than a month. Are you going to fix it . Come on McDonalds get your owner to get it done. It’s the cost of doing business.“

Parking: The staff was nice and accommodating. They held my rm when I got stranded in Vegas for a night.

Wheelchair accessibility: I had a nice accessible room. The bathroom with a roll in shower was a great size with nice water pressure and it was nice a hot.“

“They are all very nice that work there. Sometimes the drinks are too sweet but I think that's just the bigby standard. There have been MANY times I asked for something iced and they repeated it back to me just to then make it hot. But I never say anything.“

“Poor customer service 04/11/21 I will say the follow up call from the district manager was very professional and caring as he listened to my concern. I will probably not visit this location anytime soon due to the current team members. However I will continue to support other locations. Hopefully the store manager will correct this unacceptable behavior from the current staffing.“

“I go to this location quite a few mornings a week, on my way to work. Every single time I am there I am greeted with a smile and incredible kindness and my order is always correct. Some days I am surprised by a nice "have a great day ❤️" written on my cup. That may not mean much to most people but when I have many hours of work in front if me, taking the time to write that makes my day.“

“I stop at this Tim Hortons 5 times a week or so. The staff is always very nice, the service is speedy and the food order is correct. I’d like to give an additional shout out to the morning crew (520am) shift. There is a guy and girl who are always on top of it especially for their regulars. They see you pull in and they start your order and always have a smile on their face. Great experience every time.“

“I like this location, easy in and easy out. Always made hot, not Luke warm like the big star company. Atmosphere? We'll it lacks any cozyness and if I'm being at all honest, the few comfy looking chairs they do have are so dirty looking I wouldn't sit in them if I needed to. Too bad for a store that otherwise appears to be very clean. I always get mine to go.“
