“The best bagel’s and bialy’s“

“The Northville location needs to call out the names on the orders when they are completed. They have a bad habit of giving out the orders to the wrong people. One time I was getting my food and they handed off the a guy with his hand in the bag. I told the clerk to re-make the order. Then on another occasion, they didn’t call out our name for the order and mixed it up with another. Again, I asked them to remake the order!“

This is the Lawrence Tech. Location. It is open for students and staff during the day and is separate from the Southfield road location. Moreover, the staff here always goes above and beyond for me and my sidekick. I can not say I have had a more positive experience in any other local coffee shop. It is hard to find educated genuine staff that is respectful of people with disabilities.
