This is the closest Biggby location to me and I’ve been coming here for years. Every time I’ve stopped in, I’ve never had to wait more than 5 minutes for my order to be ready. This is great, because I can come here when I’m on the go in between stops, even on a time crunch. The baristas always make my order just the way I like it and they are all so kind and friendly.
I went in this morning and paid for a large butterbear over ice. they made me a medium over ice, they realized it and they fixed their mistake but how they fixed it was to pour it in a large cup and just add a lot of extra milk. unfortunately when I got it I said hey I saw you just add milk to it then proceeded to taste it and it's just straight milk pretty much and they told me the only way to fix it is for me to purchase another one.
