She seems to be very biased against people of my color. Y'all gave her a Costco badge now she is trying to run her assembly line like a plantation.
Who made her my “Masa” and why does she feel the need to speak to me as I stated to her?
I do not walk around with superiority issues; so why does she? Go ask the people at the front checking receipts they know y'all running a slave farm in there.

So January 28th I was suppose to get my deep freezer.. their truck broke down and the logistics people were rude about it. They finally delivered on the 2nd of Feb. after complaining the room I wanted was in the basement… this is how I received it… dented….. I haven’t plugged it in as of yet because I have to wait until it settles. However, I do not appreciate getting dented items.

I love Costco. Everyone is always so polite and helpful. Recently the person in the vision department was nice enough to fix my problem with my glasses. The left lens kept popping out and she fixed it then offered to replace the screw on the other side so I wouldn't have the same problem. Thank you Jess B.
