Poor quality, sad old fruit on the bar. No hospitality from workers

Very rude, lied about the bathrooms being out of order

This Menchies has really gone downhill. We used to LOVE this location and the pride that was taken in it. The magic shell that is usually hot and runny at every location is always cold and thick here. Same for the peanut butter sauce. Whenever I get the menchies email about a new spoon that comes out they say they never got them or it doesn’t start yet. Will be going back to the tried and true Canton location.

Multiple times I have come here and the yogurt has an expired sour taste. The fruit is often going bad and It seems as if they don’t even refill the toppings during the day. Very rarely have the new flavors or spoons. Additionally the cashiers quickly add themselves a 20% tip before checkout every single time I go to tap my card. Seriously?? This is ridiculous.

Fruit was not fresh. The cashier was not friendly and on her phone. Didn't say a word, and made us grab our own spoons. Not to mention the audacity to put an automatic 20% tip when paying is uncalled for.

Fresh Environment, with beautiful smell of baking (I asked the employee and he said he was making waffle cones).
Every machine is working fine and the sauce pumps did not trouble me… for a gentle push I got the sauce as much as I need.
On the whole I give

In july they said they’re doing some offers too! So I highly recommend in this month…..

Vegetarian options: Out of 14 from yo flavors…. There are 6 vegan flavors. So, a wide variety of vegan options are available!

Parking: Plenty of slots for free parking!

Kid-friendliness: Kids would definitely love the place…. They have games, drawing board and also music!

Wheelchair accessibility: They have separate reserve seating for the disabled.

Stale toppings and the frozen yogurt seemed to have lumps and a funny taste wouldn’t recommend wish I would have seen the reviews about the stores hygiene before going

Try before you buy!! If your looking for a healthier alternative look no further. This is a great stop after you go candy shopping.

The best service ever. We drove 20 minutes and they were closing but the super sweet guy welcomed us in with open arms! The ice cream was great and Ards I believe his name was had really good service. My new spot!

So many flavors not available even though the signs say otherwise, and expensive. $7.90 for 8oz of yogurt is ridiculous.

Dirtiest menchies I have ever been too. Ice cream and toppings everywhere. Everything looks like it hasn’t been washed in years. Garbage all over the floor and the worker was just sitting on his cell phone when he could of been cleaning the nasty store instead. The spoons were corroded with old ice cream. Nasty. Felt like I had to shower after I left ??
