The frozen yogurt is delicious. The staff are very rude. They expect a tip, for doing nothing.

Texture is like they somehow got the yogurt to be frostbiten, the flavors are extremely dulled. Literally the toppings are the only things I ate and didn't even ask for a refund because of how sad the cashiers faces looked like they knew to be ashamed of how bad their food is.

Dairy free options (pineapple and rasberry sorbet, plus a jolly rancher watermelon sorbet) and plenty of toppings. Friendly staff. Everything was delicious!

This was probably one of the best menchies I've been to in America despite all the reviews the opening lady was so kind and helpful the yogurt flavor nsa strawberry was just filled and tasted like fresh strawberry milk which I loved toppings will filled chill bar was filled it was calm clean and welcoming I will be back!

The worker tried to scam me and add a 20% tip fast to the total before I could get a chance to select an option. Also please get better flavors (strawberry, vanilla, and cookies n cream are the only good ones).

I had not been in awhile. The yogurt selection was 'ok.' The fruit looked 'ok' although not really fresh. They had strawberries, kiwi, cherries(out of jar), cheesecake bites, cookiedough bites and a lot of sugary toppings. I once liked Menchies for the Fresh Fruit topping and now they seem to be veering more towards 'unhealthy' topping. That's unfortunate when they are a yogurt brand. 😕 Also, they use to have nice cute bags now they have cheap grocery store bags...it may seem trivial but it's noticeable to the brand.

The spouts were not clean nor was the store. Only person working was on their cell phone the whole time.

Worst experience every. Vanilla and chocolate ice cream did not work. Strawberries and bananas looked like that sat out for days. Counters and tables looked like they were never wiped down.

Not clean and yet the smell of bleach was very prominent

Multiple frozen yogurt flavors tasted spoiled. The Dubai chocolate flavor was sour and clearly off, so I tried another flavor to confirm and it also tasted bad. When I told the employee, she actually claimed chocolate is supposed to taste sour and that toppings make it sweet. That’s ridiculous and shows zero understanding of food safety.

Frozen yogurt should never taste like that. This raises serious concerns about how the product is stored and whether proper sanitation standards are being followed. Management and the health department should seriously look into this place before someone gets sick.

Very good sorbet and ice cream flavors. Would come again.

Been going here since they opened. For a family of 3 usually costs us less than $30 today. I went in with my kid cost me $40 and I couldn’t get an explanation for it. I will report this to whoever I have to report it to. But I’m not getting ripped off

Pretty good, honestly tasted alot better than what I was expecting.
