Went tonight. Husband never got his dinner - I had mine over 30 mins. and was finished eating. Told the waitress, she got manager to take his meal of the bill. No apologies (other than the waitress). not good business practices. No compensation offered.
I had not been to this Mitchell's (Livonia) in 10 years. I used to wine and dine doctors at this place back in the day as I was a director of a hospice. I came here for my birthday (Dec. 23) celebration with about 20 plus family and friends. The manager was kind enough to give us the back room because they were so busy.
