“The Livonia location has very friendly and helpful people working. It was a pleasure to do business with them. The food was piping hot, freshly prepared, and was delicious.
I ordered my food and paid for it online on the Pizza Hut app. I do wish the managers would stop requiring people who placed and paid for their orders online to sign a receipt when they pick up their order. It’s redundant and unnecessary.“
“When I called Pizza Hut on 7 Mile at Farmington in Livonia, it went to an 800 number which is the main number for Pizza Hut and then they disperse their orders. Well this main number I ordered on Saturday at about 12:00 noon and what the main number person did was put my order in where I wanted and correctly but they put it in for the next day. Why would I order a pizza on Saturday for Sunday.? That really upset me. The pizza was not ready because 7 Mile and Farmington Pizza Hut thought it was for Sunday and of course they would because that's how the main number the 800 number put it in as. I'm not upset with Pizza Hut at 7 Mile and Farmington. I am upset with the main number. It's ridiculous that I can't get through to the single individual Pizza Hut that I wanted. Why would I call a particular Pizza Hut? It goes to an 800 number. I don't understand that and I'm very upset with the 800 number. But the pizza was delicious. We waited for it to be done. And I know they were very busy and they went and made my two pizzas in the breadsticks for us. That was very nice of the individual Pizza Hut to do that considering how busy they were.“
