Pizza Hut in Toledo

“My family and I went into Pizza Hut last night after a long day, we sat down and were instantly enjoyed. Our server, James was the nicest server we have ever had. He always made sure we were well taken care of and made us feel like we were at home. The food was good too, it has been a while since I have had Pizza Hut but the food was exceptional. Overall experience was amazing, couldn’t have asked anytbing better from James and the rest of the staff there that night. Thanks to you all!“

“I spent 65 dollars on food. I never got the 2 liter we ordered with the meal and when I called about it, we got a lame story about how because they had to have door dash deliver our order, they could not replace the missing soda. I had to go elsewhere to get drinks. so a 65 dollar dinner cost me nearly 100. Add to that my personal pan was disgusting. my mushrooms tasted like they hadn't been washed and the pizza was greasy as hell. Also my room mate got weird looks from the dasher who delivered our food because he had a patch on his eye due to an injury. Not cool. on top of that.... myself and the male roommate were dealing with digestive issues we didn't have before consuming the food bought.“

“Thank you to the two people who were the only ones working in the store tonight. Dunno if you had delivery drivers coming in and out, but the two of you holding down the fort did fantastic. Our food wasn't delayed at all, hot and delicious as always. I hope your manager(s) appreciate you! And if the manager(s) read this -- please sort out your staffing, that is not fair to put all that on two people.“

“Was just here at roughly 1pm and was helped by a hard working woman behind the counter. She seemed to be the only one there, and was handling things in the kitchen and at the counter. Despite working her butt off, she provided me friendly, excellent customer service. I really appreciated her help in taking care of me.“

Im going to assume all the bad reviews here came from miserable people that cannot be pleased because not only was my good exactly how I asked for it (I had some modifications) but it was hot, fresh, and delivered to my house in less than 20 minutes. The cheese bread was cut a little asymmetrical but seriously, I wasnt expecting it to show up for another 20 minutes and then I got a phone call from the driver that wanted to make sure he was at the right house because my address isnt posted.
