“I went through drive thru, was greeted by a young man named Gaven. His tone and professionalism was top tier! It appeared he was working DT alone, taking orders and making them, so SOS was on the slow side, but his attitude considering was pleasant and didn’t seem to mind the lack of help. My review is based solely off this young man, I can’t give him enough praise for his pleasant demeanor, efficient work ethic, and positive attitude. He is clearly an asset to this location and should be rewarded and valued. (Signed the lady who used the restroom despite going through DT 😉)“
“First off, the staff was very friendly and service was quick.
Unfortunately, my drive-thru smoothie order was wrong and I didn't realize it until I was quite a ways away. Not the end of the world, mistakes happen...but it's definitely a major bummer to spend $12+ on a smoothie and get the wrong order, especially when it's not one you like or can drink.
Edited to add: The manager reached back out to resolve this issue. Communication was great and it's good to see fantastic customer service. As I mentioned above, mistakes absolutely do happen and being able to step up and make it right is what sets Smoothie King apart from the rest.“
