I've lived this place since I found it (a more reasonable Japanese Hitachi option) -- clean, efficient, good service, OK ro eat in if you want (but designed as a takeout place). My last order was worse than expected-- too salty, and steak was a tad off although I can't put my finger on why. May have been a new chef so they'll get another chance, but I'm more wary now.

I got the steak, ordered it medium rare and it came out perfect!!! The noodles are absolutely to die for, the rice and vegetables are great, there isn't anything that I didn't like! And no, no one paid me to say this lol!!

The Canton location is incredible through a stroke of bad luck ordering online my order went to the Livonia one. After the drive I still had to wait an extra 20 beyond my pick up time for my order. Skip online order just call the Canton one and place over the phone.
