Today May 26 , 2025 12:35 pm , I visited Wendy’s and placed an order for four Junior Bacon Cheeseburgers (with extra mayo and ketchup), a Son of a Baconator, a large fry, and a large Coke with light ice. I specifically asked for everything to be made fresh and told the staff I was willing to wait. After paying, I was pulled forward and waited approximately six minutes, which I thought was reasonable.

Every single time, they either get the order wrong after little to no wait, OR wait forever, just to receive the wrong order. They are close, so I give them the benefit of the doubt, but always it seems to be my fault because I have to remember they always mess up the order, and the food is either cold, undercooked, or like today… burnt. Travel a couple miles further to another location that cares about costumer service.
Food was cold and tasteless! Every item on the 4 for 4 menu I ordered was Cold- the cheese wasn’t even melted on the jr. Cheese burger 🍔 the fries were cold 🍟 and h the chicken nuggets tasted like they were leftovers! On a positive note the sofa was cold!
