“We are longtime fans of Frosty Boy of Cascade. So we were thrilled to have another local option with Frosty Boy of Lowell. Of course we go frequently for ice cream, but my kids also love the lunch specials in the summer. We also appreciate that they have Dole Whip and other Gluten Free options.“
