“I had a not so great experience the first time we went and ended up leaving because we waited much longer than we were originally told. We did go back the next day and were seated immediately, the service was great and we enjoyed delicious fresh made ice cream! I would recommend this place to others but they may have a hard time accommodating large parties at the same table.“

“Great hand dipped malts, but it seems the employees hate making them. It’s nearly $40 for four malts and you get this look like it’s a private opinion of all the employees that making malts is the worst part of the job. Please train staff to take more pride in taking orders for malts and in such great quality malts. We should be leaving there feeling like we left the Ritz and the only thing missing from that possibility is the internal staff view of malts in general. Please address. Your malts are amazing.“
