“The meal I ordered for my family was incorrect and when I called and spoke with a manger, the gentleman I spoke with compleatly understood my frustrations and apologized appropriately and took down my information. Two weeks later I received an envelope from Culver's that had a cupin in it that replaced my meal. There was also an apology letter from the General Manager, Megan. This was a wonderful customer service experience and they definitely kept me as a customer!“
