Drive through a disappointment. Special request of burger meals to have an added time of 25 seconds in the microwave. Is often ignored. For the time being, we no longer show a loyalty to this place. There are other places that will gladly respect our business. Seems like Wendy's attitude towards customers have taken a nose dive.
People were nice fries were dry and cold,same with hamburger I don't blame the staff I know they are trying their bestParking: too dangerous trying to walk from the parking lot to Wendys drivers not stopping for people walking

Vincent, at the counter, gave us excellent service. We had a fussy order with lots of instruction. He was patient and only wanted to get our order right. This is one of the best Wendy's in Michigan.
