“Stopped by on 1/22/2024 for a quick meal after a swim meet in Manistee.Unfortunately they were short staffed (literally 3 workers). The gentlemen who was working the counter, drive through and delivering food was very nice. He never once showed how overwhelmed he was even when I ordered a chocolate shake.You sir, deserve a raise for your hard work, pleasant arritude and dedication! Job well done!“
“I was waiting in line today and 3 seniors walked up after me. After waiting 10-15 minutes for the previous customers, one of the seniors that walked up behind me said that they were here before me. Instead of arguing, I left without ordering. It would have been nice if this DQ had better queue lines so that obnoxious customers like the ones I encountered are unable to treat others in this manner.“
“My boyfriends ID fell out of his wallet at one of the stands unknowingly and I called everywhere we had been and I finally remembered we visited the stand here and when I sent a message they were very helpful and quick to respond and even offered to mail it back to me as I live in another state! Definitely would recommend“
“Best food and speed of service I ever received. Burger King of Ludington deserves high recognition on the hot food, speedy service, cleanliness and the smiles on all employees faces. Asst. Manager Stephen deserves a tremendous amount of recognition as well. He goes above and beyond his duties to ensure that the customers are happy and that they get their food hot and fast. I hope that Stephen gets the opportunity to run his own Burger King someday because he really deserves it and is highly qualified for the position. “I've always rather liked Wendy's food. I'm a little disappointed that the salads are over $7 and a burger and fries costs the same or less. If the salads were twice the size, maybe the price would be more worth it to me. On the plus side, the flavor is excellent.“
“The McDonald's in Ludington Michigan is the BEST McDonald's EVER! The food (breakfast ) was prepared perfectly! The service was absolutely outstanding....they were so polite and my food was served hot and relatively quick. They were very customer focused....I was very impressed and I have been to 100's of McDonald's all over the Country. Thank you!....the Staff at this location needs to be commended on their great customer service!!“
“We stopped here as it was on the way to our final destination and we heard they had a good all you can eat fish fry. We heard right! Good batter on the fish, not too heavy or great. Nice salad bar. I didn't care for the taste of the potato salad or cole slaw but a lot of other people liked it. The tarter sauce tasted homemade and was very good. I had a baked potato instead of fries and it was also good. I would go back again.“

YES there are signs with specific info and YES you will get told if you dont act correctly and IF YOU DONT KNOW LANE ETIQUETTE OR HOW TO BE RESPECTFUL OF OTHER PEOPLE YOU WILL GET TOLD HERE. It is family friendlyand they go out of their way to help make sure it is. We bowl here EVERY FRIDAY AND SATURDAY NIGHT WITH 12 TO 14 PEOPLE AND LOVE THIS PLACE !!!“
