As a guest at the adjoining Lakeside Hotel, we enjoyed most of our meals here during our 2-night stay. The food was very good but also very pricey. For example the crab cakes appetizer shown in my picture were $16! The service was excellent but the dining area was very basic and in need of an update. We mostly ate here because we had a $100 voucher from the hotel. There are probably more reasonably priced options on the Island to choose from than this place.
This is a solid restaurant on Main Street on Mackinaw Island. I went with family for dinner at the bar portion of the restaurant. We had good meals (me a chicken wrap, everyone else had fish). We stuck around for Monday Night Football (Go Bears) and the bartender was extremely polite. Glad we checked out Goodfellows!

Love eating at this place each year I visit. The crazy thing is the staff recognize me and start up conversations. The food is good and there are plenty of good drink choices. It's located at the end of town which makes it a nice place to go to when you are done checking out all the shops. I highly recommend checking it out!
