We went here for the lunch buffet on a Monday. Paid $14 each to go inside the hotel. The $14 was deducted from the $79 lunch buffet price at the register. Our server gave us a table for 2 by a window which had a great view of the bridge. I'm not sure why so many complaints about the food there.

Given it's rich traditions and history, I was expecting a better experience but I walked away a disappointed. We had 4 meals (2 dinner, 2 breakfast) here that were pretty average. The whole experience lacked substance and character and it felt more robotic and hollow. We were herded in along with dozens of other groups, had all of our orders taken and were served like we were in a cafeteria.
