Given it's rich traditions and history, I was expecting a better experience but I walked away a disappointed. We had 4 meals (2 dinner, 2 breakfast) here that were pretty average. The whole experience lacked substance and character and it felt more robotic and hollow. Extensive breakfast buffet (you can also order from the menu). Friendly attentive service. My coffee cup was never empty. The croissant, pastries, and cinnamon sticky buns were highlights.
Food was not at all good enough to justify a $125 price point with no gratuity included. Appetizer came out cold and the rest of the food was mediocre at best. Disappointing to say the least. Highlight of the evening was the service.
