I was camping at Wilderness and thought I would spend a night on the Island. I was checking 906 for activities and seen a young female musician playing at your Bistro so I reserved a table for dinner with the hope of seeing some Upnorth music. As what usually happens with plans that did not take place as the Lions were playing and the artist was rescheduled, I believe. Your Hostess and Waitress were very professional young women. The waitress was very knowledgeable and helpful....
A nice little place, not too far from the ferry drop off. The chicken pot pie was more like a chicken chowder with a flaky croissant square on top, which is ideal for walking the island as it is a lot lighter on the stomach. Chicken tenders were very nice, though I would suggest getting a half plate, as it comes with a large side of fries and eating both proved impossible for me. Food was very good. We sat out on the patio on a beautiful day and that also was very pleasant. Do be careful if you get the craft root beer. It's very good but there are not free refills and we were not informed so when the bill came we had spent $18 on root beer. Otherwise a very pleasant experience
