Great vegan options! Two flavors of non-dairy fudge plus non-dairy dark chocolate caramels. A nice break from the stranglehold of the Ryba’s Fudge Empire. (they too have vegan fudge but only one flavor)
I went on their last day open for the season and they still had one fudge flavor option (chocolate), vegan caramels, and 2 different vegan von bon flavors. They typically have 2 fudge flavors and vegan ice cream available. I did have to find most of the vegan options myself after asking to clerk for what they had that was vegan, but glad they were all clearly labeled as non-dairy and/or vegan, so they were easy to find. All I had was delicious! Their chocolate Fudge is a sweeter...
Sanders is a favorite stop when we are on Mackinac Island. I love the old-fashioned candy store vibe. The fudge and chocolates are fun and delicious, and nicely displayed in glass front cases. The service is friendly and efficient. There is also an ice cream counter where you can get coffee drinks and smoothies.
