We were a group of 7 on the very busy final Saturday on the island. It was very busy but our waitress was very sharp and friendly with all of our variety of food and drink requests. The whitefish bites were delicious. Everyone else enjoyed their meals and pictures are attached. We will return next June for sure during Lilacfest!

The atmosphere is nice here. Cute place. Warm and inviting. We had the white fish and the 1/2 order of pot roast.The 1/2 order of pot roast could have fed 3 people. The meat was tender. Don't change a thing Yankee Rebel!

This is a hidden gem that is only half a block off the Main Street, but missed by many! We had the bbq ribs and black angus fillet and wished we would’ve eaten here sooner as we would’ve been back everyday! Stephanie and Summer working behind the bar were so friendly - had a lot of fun with both of them. Mark was our waiter and spot on with all of his recommendations. Highly recommend!!!

2nd best prime rib I ever had! I LOVE prime rib…all over the world, only one better. The mean evil old woman had the filet. It was “outstanding “! Came with risotto to die for. Ask for Mark! Phenomenal meal!!

This was an unexpected discovery after coming to the island for many years and never eating here. The food was excellent with friendly staff and quick service. Overall a better experience that several other restaurants we've been to on the island. Highly recommended.

Service was superb. The Cobb salad two of our party ordered was mediocre. My wife ordered a ravioli dish that was swimming in sauce and cheese - not to her liking. The desserts we ordered - Key Lime Pie and Crème Brûlée - were top notch.
We spent our anniversary on the island and ate here for lunch. We went in with high expectations and they surpassed our expectations! Next time we visit the island we will definitely be stopping by there again!

We came here for an early dinner and were not disappointed. My wife had pistachio crusted whitefish and I had the herb crusted salmon with a blue cheese/Wasabi baked top. So good!! The staff was very friendly and pleasant. Great place!!

What an incredible dining experience we had at Yankee Rebel last weekend on historic Mackinac Island. The New England style decor is charming which makes for a casual, upscale vibe. The wait staff is welcoming and attentive. The surf/turf, salmon, turkey burger, wedge salad and steak kabob are some of the best we have had anywhere! All are presented with a seasonal edible flower–a really nice touch! Our meal was capped off with a delicious creme brulee. Our experience was memorable in every way. We will be definitely be back!!! Congrats to the conscientious restaurateurs of Yankee Rebel and Horns Bar. Wishing you continued success in the years to come!!
