Original Murdick’s Fudge - Mackinaw City Store

Great Mother's Day present, ordered online. Fast delivery on 3rd day from ordered.

A very special gift for my mother recently diagnosed with terminal cancer. she had been on a strict, sugar free diet to help slow the progression but to no avail. I finally received permission to order her favorite treat in the world from a place that holds some of her best memories. When ordered a week prior to Christmas, tracking showed a post Christmas delivery. I called CS and the kindest representive stepped in to expedite the order! It arrived on time and she was elated. Her favorite fudge, beautifully presented just in time for her last Christmas. Thank you, Murdicks!

The fudge and brittle is so absolutely fantastic!! I bought some for my dad in AZ, he loved it. He loved it so much he had me order more for him and my family! And the delivery was so fast, I really can't recommend them enough!!

I'm not sure what the fuss is about. Was so excited to try and the fudge was bland. We got peanut butter and turtle didn't really care for either. The carmel corn was the only good thing out of the 3.

The fudge is great but the service and atmosphere are not friendly or welcoming at all. My husband and I stop here on our way downstate from the UP multiple times a year for gifts and spend well over a hundred dollars per visit. The staff have barely a word to say and seem annoyed by our presence. This happens every time we stop. It’s to the point where we’re wondering whether or not to continue frequenting this business. There are plenty of other fudge shops that would appreciate our business. It’s certainly not too much to ask just to have folks be friendly to customers.

We were on the island for one day. Stopped in here to get fudge on our way to the ferry. Did the three slices of fudge and brittle. We asked for 3 different flavors and the girl gave us two of the chocolate walnut instead of the mint we asked for. Did not notice until we got back to our hotel. Very disappointed ?

This fudge is on the hard side. We purchased chocolate peanut butter, peanut butter and turtle. All were hard. I prefer a creamy smoother texture. It's 29.99 for three pieces. It didn't seem like it was freshly made.

Murdicks is AMAZING, we always stop in on our way to the UP. This trip however Murdicks went out of their way - I will be traveling to the UP but passing through Mackinaw City between 6 and 7 am. I emailed them asking if any convenience stores sold their fudge that might be open that early. The response I received blew me away, they are having an employee show up that early just so I can get a couple slices for my family. Thank you Murdicks!!
