The tin ceiling does not inspire thoughts of a lighthouse but they have lots of pictures. We got here at the end of the season and probably close to winter closure. The gentleman who sat us wasn't very welcoming and made sure that I read the details about the coupon given to me from our hotel before seating us. We were promptly greeted by our waitress, Dae. The menu is short and the options for the coupon were limited. Kiddo got fried eggs with toast, bacon and hasbrowns. I got an omlette with toast and hash browns. We stopped by The Lighthouse for breakfast since it was just a short walk from our hotel, and overall it was a cozy, welcoming spot. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the service was truly excellent — attentive and friendly from start to finish.

The food itself was solid, though nothing particularly stood out. The French toast was tasty and comforting, but not extraordinary. The Lighthouse omelette was enjoyable mostly because of the flavorful fillings....
