Arby's has lost its 'thing' that it once had back in the 90's and early 2000's. The food was not very good(used to be great) and the Arby's sauce seems to be locked away from my encounter, which is sad. The sauce used to be in an area where you can dispense sauces, ketchup, get napkins, etc... unfortunately, not anymore. When the restaurants traded out their cowboy hat signs they also traded their quality IMHO.
So I feel really bad for this business because of pandemic hit and you had to close everything I get it. I gave you one star on everything because you can't even have somebody working the drive-thru or a working drive through to service your customers I specifically drove to your location just to sit there in the Drive-Thru and nobody helped me I feel bad for the franchisee. This was at 7:30 at night your business won't come back if you don't have people who care

Go here alot for buffalo chicken sandwich and their roast beef....oh the curly fries and jalapeno poppers with bronco berry sauce...never disappoints. Quick service too. Though the crinkle fry was slightly stale once it seemed.
