“The food was as expected. The little bit of service was friendly. They require you to use a kiosk to order. The majority of people only get actual service when being given their food. The only exception is of you ordered then need to pay in cash.
The location was clean. I loved the music being played!“

“This was almost a 5 star rating.. untill JENNIFER forgot my nuggets! -_- but over all everything else was delicious! Jennifer was pretty nice too so that was a plus. Might try to give them another chance as the food was really good. I'll probably be back...Maybe...“

“My wife and I often crave the beef and cheddar sandwiches. It's hot and fresh cut plus the cheese and Arby's sauce and horsey sauce is very nourishing and very delicious. I remain your loyal customer! Thankyou ARBYS! I like to dine in! DON'T FORGET TO RING THE BELL!!!!🩵👍“

“Love your sandwiches and I get them at least once a week! But so disappointed today :(. Drive to my normal location on hall and Hayes and found out they were closed for remodeling. So drove to Macomb location. I normally pay close attention while subs are made to correct issues but today I was getting pushed into paying before my subs were made. Sadly I got home and it was wrong :(. Ordered three subs total. 2 of three were not what was requested. ie wrong bread, missing mikes way dressing etc. one of the kids subs was completely smashed. it was obvious new employees were working and I’m not totally blaming them. Moving forward I will make sure I watch my sandwiches being made and wont get rushed to the register. I paid a lot for these sandwiches and expect to get what I ordered.“

“Tanya and Chloe are phenomenal and need a pay raise immediately. They are courteous and very patient and very sweet. I have lunch almost every day not only for the food, but their welcoming personalities. The service was amazing. The burgers I ordered were delicious and I loved the tenders even more.“
