“I go out of my way to grab my coffee here during the week because the ladies at the drive-thru are so sweet. I get the same drink every time, and it’s always spot on. Plus they hand it over with a smile, which just makes my day. I don’t know all their names, but Nikki is definitely one of my faves!“

“Well I worked at this Dunkin' donuts when I was 17 years old and that was 50 years ago! Getting good Baskin-Robbins in a variety isn't available nor are the donuts available like they used to be. “I would like to thank Daily Dozen at the 15 Mile store and Noelle who SAVED my daughter’s grad party yesterday! I ordered 8 dozen another shop closer to me who “forgot” about my order when I went to pick it up after confirming twice. The customer service was awful and I left in tears. I remembered a coworker of mine who is a loyal customer to the Daily Dozen and remembered how good the donuts were. I pulled it up online to see where the closest location was. About 30 mins from my home, but so worth it! My sister-in-law and I walked in the store and I was still choked up and had tears in my eyes in a panic. Noelle to the rescue! I told her I needed to create a donut wall and she helped me pick out six dozen of the cutest donuts and everything that would hang well. It looked absolutely perfect, all the guests commented on how amazing they were, and all 6 dozen were gone by the end of the night! So, THANK YOU!“

“I got a drink (green tea with strawberry pulp and cheese foam) and a box of donuts (my favorite flavor was the taro, and my parents' was the black sesame). Everything was delicious, especially my drink. They don't have the long laundry list of tea flavors like at places that have boba as their main attraction, but the options here were thoughtful and unique, so I feel like you can't really go wrong.

First they are really slow at the drive through - like you can wait 10 minutes or more with 2 cars in front of you. And the staff is just rude - like they are doing you a real favor.
