We pulled right up to order just a diet coke at the drive thru, no one else in the other lane. We were immediately told that they would be right back with us to order. We waited a good couple minutes & we watched another car pull up in the other lane, order right away & pulled forward before we even ordered. So I said 'hello?' toward the speaker. The young gal apologized for the wait, but that should not have happened. We almost left. Please do better!
When I head upnorth I love stopping at this McDonald’s because it’s just such great quality. The bathrooms are clean, the staff is friendly, the restaurant is kept up. My

My favorite McDonald’s out of the ones I go to. Great customer service. Love all the managers, Kari, robin, alyssia, and Michelle. Great customer care and great attitudes about my request for hot fries❤️😂
