We pulled right up to order just a diet coke at the drive thru, no one else in the other lane. We were immediately told that they would be right back with us to order. We waited a good couple minutes & we watched another car pull up in the other lane, order right away & pulled forward before we even ordered. So I said 'hello?' toward the speaker. The young gal apologized for the wait, but that should not have happened. We almost left. Please do better!

This should be a flagship/training location. Amazing everytime.
