This is by far the best restaurant in the Grand Rapids area: we ordered the 5 course Chef's menu and each had something different from appetizers through desserts so we could taste all. “I came in to order because I had a coupon. I placed my order and then realized it was an online coupon only so I sat down to order online figuring it was going to take another 1/2 hour to wait. I placed my order and then went to the car to wait and in less than 4 minutes she came out to my car with our pizzas. “OMIGOSH. The best pizza and a community favorite. Their garlic bites are a family favorite; covered with Parmesan cheese and garlic butter, they are scrumptious! The pizza is one of our favorites in West Michigan.Owned by a Jenison Alumni makes it even better. Truly a community staple.No place to eat inside Palermo's, but that doesn't even affect the 5-star eating for us.(Seasonally, there is a delicious ice cream shop next door with tables outside (Frosty Treat; another delicious community staple).)“

“This was my second time ordering delivery from this Domino's, and I can honestly say it's the best Domino's location I've ever had. Both times, the food was prepared perfectly—everything was hot, fresh, and cooked just right. The dough was soft and flavorful, not overcooked like I've experienced at other locations.

The quality and consistency have been outstanding, and it's clear the staff takes pride in their work. I'd give more than 5 stars if I could. This location is doing an amazing job.“

“There are a lot of pizza places in Allendale. In my opinion, little Caesars and hungry Howies taste like pre-warmed cardboard. We have always had good pizza from Jets and the service has always been good. I would say they’re one of the better fast food pizza places in Allendale.“

He was never disrespectful or rude but I was definitely able to see that he was upset and/or mad about something. I understand it's hot in a pizza kitchen, I've been there and done that for a few years. I have been upset and/or mad at work but I would never let my customers see it, I would still smile and act like nothing was wrong because I don't want the customers to see that. “It’s excellent Neapolitan style pizza. If somebody wants a normal New York style pizza, or don’t understand what a Neapolitan style is, I can understand how they would give it a bad review, And that’s a lot of people. But if you know what it is, this is the best in the area of this style. Grand Rapids is probably the largest city in the country that doesn’t have a Neapolitan style pizza restaurant. He and I are both foodies and love going on adventures for restaurants that go a step above in both food taste, presentation, atmosphere and service. And I'm here to tell you that Alfanos hit all of these with flying colors. Cody and Alex were our bartenders/servers. They were excellent. I had the Chicken picata and it was off the chart with flavor and presentation not to mention a healthy serving. Delicious is all I kept saying. Compliments to the chef!!!!! My goodness I can't wait to go and try something else. My husband had the chicken parmesan dinner and too was very pleased. “We were there as guesta to another couple who loves this place. The staff was shoet but the servers still got the job done quickly. The pizza's are a thin crust and they come in one size but they have lots of topping options. The pizzas had a good amount of topping. My friends order 1 pizza and when that is delivered they order a second. They have a very good flavor and a good price for the specialty pizzas.“
