Iron Bay is a fantastic restaurant located on the waterfront in Marquette. The menu is diverse, with a variety of vegan and gluten-free options. I highly recommend the whitefish tacos. Don't forget to try a dessert; reserve your choice when you are seated, as they sell out fast.
We visited during Family Weekend to see our freshman Wildcat and chose Iron Bay for an early group dinner with his friends. We ended up having such a great time here. The food was excellent, and our server was both kind and professional. Even with the rush of a very busy weekend, we felt well taken care of from start to finish.
Excellent food, and friendly service, at reasonable prices. We were staying in a nearby hotel, and were able to walk there and enjoy this beautiful, historic area. Good idea to make a reservation, but not required. One of our favorite restaurants when away from home.
