My wife and my daughter called in and order from Florence, Oregon Papa Murphy’s. It took him 35 minutes to get there. Their pizza was not done. They say it would take another 25 to 40 minutes. They did not apologize. They didn’t act like they cared. So I will not recommend the Florence Papa Murphy’s. Thank you for listening.

Regarding Oak Harbor, WA store:
They put Parmesan cheese on my pizza, I did not order Parmesan. My husband and son are allergic to Parmesan, specifically tyramine, it causes vomiting and migraines. After driving 10 miles home, I saw the Parmesan on the pizza. I called to ask them to fix it, and I asked for compensation for driving back to the store, for my gas and time, thinking maybe a $10 gift card or store credit for the 20 mile round trip.
