The best freaking schnitzel I've had outside of Munich. Staff was incredibly friendly and the uncluttered (pared-down) menu meant they were only serving the hits.

Sara provided excellent service. The atmosphere was amazing and the food was even better. Probably the best meal I’ve eaten out in quite some time. Definitely worth your time to experience German food at its best.
Best Food in Marquette, due largely to amazing service in and out of the kitchen. I love all of the staff here, and Chef Mika couldn’t be a better addition to the food scene in Marquette. Killing it always, everyday.

Traveling here for work. Saw good reviews and I love German food. Had the jagerschnitzel. I’ve had schnitzel in Germany, Austria, and the US. This was the best tasting I’ve ever had. Absolutely amazing. Service was great. It’s a small restaurant. Eclectic and cozy. Super cool local spot. They also have a good tap list, wine list, and mixed drink list.

First: we tried to come for brunch yesterday at 1pm and were disappointed to hear that, despite the posted hours of being open until 2pm, they were closed. So, we came for brunch today, around 11am, and were seated almost immediately.Now, the food: we were blown away by the meal we had. We had the schnitzel with venison gravy, over easy eggs, and country potatoes, and coffee. The food came out quickly, the portions were generous (I joked it could feed a family of four, but honestly the average person could probably split the meal between two), and it was incredibly delicious. The service was efficient, responsive, and friendly. For those who had a disappointing experience, I really hope you give this place a second chance, because I am soooo glad we did!
