HOW are they ALWAYS out of a certain type of bagel every. Single. Day. Before LUNCH? HOW? It’s so annoying.
Went this afternoon, it was busy and the staff was extremely friendly. All I ordered was a drink, and stepped aside to wait. After about 13 mins I went back up the counter after I noticed several other customers who ordered after me, receive their iced coffees. I stood back again and watched my drink being made incorrectly, ( wrong milk) I politely mentioned it, got an eye roll, waited another 10 mins, finally just walked out.
