Great specialty coffee shop and love how the coffees stay on brand with the speeds related to complexity (roast and flavor notes)! Enjoyed the 10 Speed as a pour over (slow coffee) and the 3 Speed as an Americano. Everyone working there was super friendly and helpful. We’ll definitely come back next time we’re in town.
the coffee and the service at the register were both pretty good. however, it was really offputting watching the barista guy take some of the excess from my wife's iced latte, pour it into a sample cup and slurp it up right in front of me.
Excellent coffee on 3rd street. Not too much space inside but we haven't had any trouble finding seats. The whole setup is targeting the college population and so those are the people you meet in there. Chill atmosphere overall, a bit minimalstic though. Staff was sweet and made an excellent cappuccino. I would come here again any time!
