We drove out of our way to visit this spot at the recommendation of friends. It was worth the extra miles. My “gregarious yet combative” red blend was lovely and the cheese and charcuterie platter was artful and tasty. Enjoyed the vibe and would spend so much time here if I lived in the area.
Kind of a weird experience. We were sat relatively quickly as the staff was recovering from a rush that involved technological errors with their printer. No worries, we were sat outside next to the only other couple there, instead of a few tables away. The other couple were not a couple anymore, they were arguing about their divorce. I wish I would have visited earlier in my trip! Solid wine selection, cocktails are great, and they carry more niche/obscure amaros and fortified wines that you just don’t see at bars anymore. To top it off, Sophie and Alexa were the absolute highlight! They were lovely to chat with, and gave us great service and conversation. I really look forward to visiting again 💯
