“Waited at the register for 5 minutes after driving over from Battle Creek and ended up leaving without ordering. Only one or two customers inside. Another 8-10 people waiting behind me. Staff only seems to care about taking care of drive in customers. Manager needs to remind them that ALL customers are equally important!“
